Whenever you need to view or restore your files, you can access them by going to the Wacom Desktop Center and clicking Wacom Echo > Restore. Wacom Echo works automatically according to the settings you choose. You can configure which folders you want backed up, how often you want you want your files backed up, and how long you want the backup files to be saved. You have the option to store your backup files in the Wacom Cloud or save them to one of your own drives. After you log in to your Wacom Account, select Wacom Echo from the Wacom Desktop Center to begin set up.New for MobileStudio Pro (DTH-W1320 and DTH-W1620), you can set up Wacom Echo to automatically back up your drawings, notes, and any other files stored on your tablet. Here is how: 1) Remove your Wacom tablet from your computer. Assign functions that you use frequently to the On-Screen Controls and the optional ExpressKey Remote and use the Touch Keys as shortcuts to features. Try reconnecting your Wacom tablet to your computer to see if it can works correctly then. The Wacom Cintiq Pro 16 has features to make your workflow easier, too. You can also use touch functionality to easily pan, zoom, or rotate your work with just a touch. Draw directly on the surface for a pen-on-screen connection to your work and watch your work progress directly beneath the pen. I don't find the advertised red dial very useful and the wireless is "eh", but if you ignore those side features, the comfort of the pen and the control you have over the pen pressure are absolutely fantastic. The Wacom Cintiq Pro 16 (DTH-1620) has a 16", etched-glass screen to give you the perfect amount of space for painting and retouching jobs and the right amount of pen tip friction. I would personally recommend the XP-Pen Deco 03 if it's available in your region and you're willing to spend 100 USD because of its like-Intuos Pro comfort. This is my favourite screen-less tablet at the moment because it has the best pen pressure and drawing experience I've had so far. ![]() It also isn't any better in build quality than the alternatives as far as I have seen so I see no merit in choosing Wacom unless you're getting an Intuos Pro or Cintiq specifically for the pen tilt/rotation features. Without those, the tablet itself is only worth ~40-50 USD, so if you're not getting it for the bundled programs, you're basically getting cheated into paying for programs you're never going to use. It's got a small drawing area (smaller than all the alternatives with the same price) and the only reason it costs so much is because you're paying extra for those bundled programs it comes with. I don't recommend the low-end Wacom Intuos. ![]() If in either case it does not, please contact wacom support. If you have a mac computer, there will be no driver driver message but it may take 30 seconds or so to stop blinking. If this fails, try running your windows updates and try the steps above again. If you are using a Windows computer you should see a message that says "Installing device driver" this is part of windows that needs to install to use the tablet. Once the computer is booted back up connect to another USB port. Please disconnect the tablet from the computer, and restart. The blinking light means the tablet has power but does not see a connection to the computer. ![]()
